The staff were friendly enough and the location was acceptable. It was close to the main tourist areas.
The room was smaller than i anticipated. The pictures online made it seem much larger. also, the cleanliness was questionable. I noticed some stains on the sheets and the bathroom wasn't super clean. the noise from the nearby street was pretty bad. I could hear traffic all night, even with the windows closed.

the staff provided really good service and always helped us with a smile. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). its location offered close proximity to many restaurants and street food options. local transport was also readily available for convenient travel.
the room, while comfortable, was not very spacious, and the view consisted of a nearby wall.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet had such a great selection of dishes. I noticed it changed every day. it included both western and thai options alongside pastries, fruit, and desserts. the room was so clean and modern. I slept so well in the comfy bed!
i did notice the pool isn't in direct sunlight after 3 or 4pm, which i guess matters if you're a total sun worshipper.

the rooftop pool area was quiet and i spotted lots of beds available. it created a relaxing space away from the heat. the hotel provided free ice cream, snacks, and coffee all day, so you never get thirsty.

The location is pretty great. It's handy to tourist streets and the river. i loved how quiet it was despite being in a lively area. walking to the main temples in town was super easy.

The bed had a nice firmness. It was exactly what we like. our room included everything we needed. the air con worked great. It kept the room cool. i loved the wonderful pillows. They were so comfortable.
